u dont need the regy doc to tax a car u just need the new kepper supplement.

there is no time limit on when u have to retax a vehicle as dvla can lift a vehicle
within 24 hours from the tax expires.

Just keep your car on the driveway then its classed as off the road. so they cant do u for having no tax
