 Post subject: creaking noise

hey guys, i was wondering if yous can help me.

there is a loud creaking noise coming from my front driver side wheel area when i move away from standing while turning the wheel. dosnt really happen when im moving and turning the wheel eg anything over about 10mph.

wondering what it could be?!

could be a dry track rod end or ball joint seen it few times on cars and fixed :grin:

or a rear wishbone bush some times u can get a creaking or knocking on braking.

it could be a few other things but think u could try them above.

nice one, i have heard of treating a dry ball joint with injecting it with oil? that sound right wullie?

u cant inject a dry ball joint or track rod end.

when thay get to that stage the damage has been done time for new ones .
