no just an 8v aj, more reliable and better bottom end torque than the 16v ecotec. was looking for a redtop but every one i looked at were rustbuckets. thinking of going for the v6 model next year though with a bit of luck i'll get one in as good a condition as this one.

thanks very much wullie, i've done a bit of work to it since i got it at the begining of the year. fitted original irmscher rear spoiler, tinted rear lights, debadged the boot, 17in alloys ( need a refurb though) 4.5 in big bore exhaust and set of angel eye headlights.

after the new year its going in for a respray as the paintworks oxidized a bit, fitting a set of m3 electric mirrors and lowering it by 40mm. still undecided about the window tints though. and i've also got my boot install to get sorted out as well, got all the stuff there just need to build a new sub box, as my old one doesnt look right in the boot as it was build to fit into my old cavalier. so i think that should be enough to keep me going for a couple of months
